We do not offer refunds and returns all sales are final. Under certain circumstances we may refund or accept a return at EME Hemps discretion.
Refunds
We will refund an order that has not currently been shipped out. We will charge a 5% restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at office@emehemp.com.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless the product hasn’t been shipped out yet.
Shipping returns
If EME Hemp decides to accept a return we will reach out to you with a return address and a refund will be issued once the item has been inspected that it is returned in the same condition as it was shipped or delivered.
