FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The product you see in the image is taken from the batch of product that will be shipped out. You most likely won't receive the same one in the picture taken and some may vary in color but it will be of the same quality and from the same batch.
Receipts/Invoices will be emailed to the email address provided. A receipt will also be provided in the package you receive.
All sales are final we however will make some exceptions. If the product hasn't been shipped out yet we will refund your order with a 5% restocking fee. Please reach out to us if there are any issues or questions regarding a product.
We will try our best to restock products that are out of stock. However if we don't anticipate any more being available we will remove the product listing from the shop.
We ship products to the United States of America in all 50 states. We do not ship our products internationally.
THCA products cannot be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines:
Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
We try to package and ship orders as soon as possible. We will only be shipping out product Monday-Saturday barring any holidays that may make shipping the day of or the next day impossible. Around holidays shipments may be delayed. Most orders will be shipped out the next day.
Yes all orders will also include a lab certification there will also be lab certifications you can view in the products listing.
